TechEngg Group is the only company in India able to transfer a working cell manufacturing capability into a client's own plant. The technology we bring to the Indian market is already in production use, not a laboratory result: it has gone into cell development programmes for Geely, China's largest automotive group, and for Samsung SDI, alongside further programmes with manufacturers in Europe and North America.
The commercial structure is where this differs from a conventional licence. IP is registered in the client's name rather than retained by the technology owner, so the client holds the asset they are building a plant around. Cell chemistry and format are specified to the client's target capacity rather than taken off a shelf, for either EV or stationary storage duty.
