Aerodata Geoscience (India) Pvt. Ltd. (AGIPL) was incorporated to assist World Geoscience Corporation of Australia, (WGC) in their aeromagnetic & geophysical survey activities on behalf of the State Govt. of Odisha, India.

2000

Assisted Modular Mining Systems of USA (a part of the KOMATSU group, Japan) for their Mine Monitoring & Optimisation project in NALCO, Damanjodi, Odisha using RFID & GPS tracking systems.

2004

Bobby Mohanty Foundation Trust was set up to mitigate social inequality by empowering marginalized sections of the society.

WGC acquired by Fugro, AGIPL becomes independent, starts giving consultancy services in the mining sector.

Barenyam Holdings International Pty Ltd was established in Singapore to take care of business in ASEAN countries.

2006

TechEngg Project Services & Equipments was established to supply reliable equipment to the Indian infrastructure industry with focus on the Power Sector. Becomes the flagship company, all henceforth being collectively called The TechEngg group.

2014

World Trade Ventures FTZ started in Dubai for supply of capital equipment/spares, consulting & trading in the MENA region.

2019

Oil & Gas venture started, with Russian & Polish collaborations.

2021

Strategic stake taken in BuyMy EV Pvt. Ltd., Bengaluru, a start-up for manufacturing 2 wheeler EVs with in-house patented technologies.

Smart Pumper TechEngg Integrated Services Pvt. Ltd. was formed as a JV with US-based Direct Drivehead to provide well automation solutions to the O&G sector.

2022

Dealership for off-road & special tyres taken from J&K and CEAT for Gabon, and Africa.

2023

Collaborations made with Geofysika Torun SA of Poland (onshore) & with MAGE of Russia (offshore) for their range of seismic survey services in the Indian market.
Planet Sustech Pvt. Ltd. started for providing consultancy & advisory services in areas of carbon footprint assessment/ mitigation methodologies.
JV Agreement signed between boards of TechEngg & RPE Petroline-A LLC to form JV in India for the O&G sector.
Collaborations made with Tongwei, Jinko & Runergy for marketing their range of Solar PV Modules/Cells in India & other parts of South Asia.

Signed marketing & representative agreements with multiple manufacturers for polysilicon, quartz crucibles, seed rods, ingots*, wafer bricks, sliced wafer pieces, aluminum frames, composite frames for solar modules, PV cells, and critical gases used in PV cell manufacturing (PERC/TOPCon).

Became a joint venture partner of battery cell manufacturing technology owners and an authorized licensor for producing battery cells across various applications, including BESS, EVs, HEVs, PHEVs, and commercial EVs.

2025

Became a supplier of BESS CKD (module, pack, container).
